Hey Foodies!
I wasn't really sure what I wanted to eat today. I had some leftovers, but I wanted something else, so I am made this.
On the cutting board we have frozen tempeh, some leek and ½ of a lime.
Here we have a mix of all of the froze veggies I use + cauliflower rice to lower the calories.
Final product :D
Here’s what I use:
1 cube of Broth
100g of Cauliflower rice
100g of Broccoli
20g of Vegan Butter
105g of a veggie mix called "Ratatouille"
66g of Tempeh
½ a Lime
6ml of Soya Sauce reduced
10g of Mustard
5g of Vegan Mayo
240g of Chickpeas

55.4g of Carbs
37.1g of Protein
33.8g of Fat
32% Carbs
23% Protein
45% Fat
