Greetings Hive community today is a busy day for me, with the preparations of a church work that has cedes here in my house and you can imagine that this is total chaos I am taking care of the sweets and passing sticks that are They are going to distribute to the guests, an attendance of 30 people is expected more or less.
I am going to prepare a special post of that work to share it with all of you.
In this post I am going to show you everything that I prepared to distribute, I spent all day yesterday and today preparing sweet pastry cakes I put juices and well it was not easy because there were many things it was a short time but I got the batteries and finished everything, first Prepare a dough for tequeños and one for small breads here are these photos so you can see more or less what I use for the dough.
Ingredientes:
1kg Harina de trigo
2 huevos
100gr de mantequilla
4 cucharadas de azúcar
1 cucharada de sal
30gr de levadura seca
2 tazas de agua
Ingredients:
1kg wheat flour
2 eggs
100gr of butter
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
30gr of dry yeast
2 cups of water
He will give you a brief explanation of how this dough is prepared, it is very simple to make, first we put the yeast with a little warm water in a container with a lid, let it rise a little.
In a large bold we add the flour, the sugar and the salt, mix and leave a hole in the center where we are going to add the other ingredients: the eggs, the butter, the water and the yeast, mix everything and go to a base to knead.
You have to knead around 10 minutes until the dough comes off our hands, then we cover it and let it rest.
I let the dough rest for 20 minutes, take out half to make tequeños and the other half to make breads.

After that I prepared the cake mix and the cupcakes, bake each one and this was the result.
Now comes the drink, prepare a mango juice and take the same mango and take out a mango jelly.
The jelly for those who do not know is prepared like this:
Boil the mangoes until they are soft inside, let it rest and remove the shell and set aside the pulp in a container, to the pulp that we set aside we add sugar to our liking and stir until we obtain a thick mixture and put it in the refrigerator so that get the consistency we want about 1 hour then we serve and our mango jelly is ready (something that you have to take into account is that the mangoes you are going to use have to be green, they are not ripe).
