I don't know if it has happened to you, that your body asks you for a specific food, well if you feel identified you can understand me. Today my body was asking me for a broth, I checked the fridge and took out two sardines that my mother-in-law had in the fridge and some vegetables and the truth is that my body and soul thanked me for it.

No sé si les ha pasado, que su cuerpo les pide como un alimento en específico, bueno si se sienten identificado podrán comprenderme. En este día mi cuerpo me pedía como un caldo, revise un poco la nevera y saque dos sardinas que tenía mi suegra en la nevera y unos vegetales y la verdad mi cuerpo y alma lo agradeció.
Ingredients to use:
¼ onion
Carrot
1 celery stalk
Strips of chili peppers
2 cloves of garlic
Branches of coriander
2 filleted sardines
Chives for garnish
salt
Ingredientes a utilizar:
¼ cebolla
Zanahoria
1 tallo de celery
Tiras de ajies
2 dientes de ajo
Ramas de culantro
2 sardinas fileteadas
Cebollín para decorar
Preparation:
In a small pot pour water, julienned onion and crushed garlic cloves.
Preparación:
En una olla pequeña verter agua, la cebolla en julianas y los dientes de ajo machacados.
Slice and chop the carrots and add.
Rebanar y cortar las zanahorias y agregar.
Let the carrots cook to term al dente and pour the other vegetables.
Dejar que las zanahorias se cocine a término al dente y verter los otros vegetales.
Finally add the sardines and cook for 5 minutes and turn off. Check the salt and serve, garnish with chives and enjoy.
Por ultimo agregamos las sardinas y dejamos cocinar 5 minutos y apagamos. Verificamos la sal y servimos, decore con hilos de cebollín y a disfrutar.
At first glance you can appreciate a simple and colorless broth but believe me the flavor is delicious and embracing. Your palate will thank you.
The truth is that this broth is delicious, the spiciness of the chili, the freshness of the vegetables, carrots and the flavor of the fresh sardine that gives its flavor and nutrients to this broth is a refreshment to the body and a hug to the soul.

A simple viste se puede apreciar un caldo sencillo y sin color pero créanme que el sabor es delicioso y abrazdor. Su paladar se los va agradecer.
La verdad este caldo es una ricura, el picor del ají, la frescura de los vegetales, zanahoria y el sabor de la sardina fresca que da su sabor y nutrientes a esta caldo es un refrigerio al cuerpo y un abrazo al alma.
Me hizo recordar la sensación de cuando comemos ramen y los ricos caldos de curry, espero que se animen a realizarlo, y cuando su cuerpo les pida caldo solo utilicen lo que tengan en su nevera y créanme que desde el amor todo lo que realicen será comida que sane nuestro cuerpo y alma.

What a nice broth, I love sardines but I never use it for a broth. Looks super comfy food. 💕
Hola amiga, you should try this preparation if you like sardines you will love the flavor that comes out of this broth, just place it when you have your vegetables to your liking and at the end so that it cooks for 5 minutes and releases all the nutrients and flavors in the broth.
