MY GO TO MEAL ANYTIME AND ANYDAY

"We all have that one meal we can count on whether it's a busy weekday, a hectic weekend, or a late-night craving or Fast cook dish. It's the comfort food that hits just right, every single time when ever it pop's up to the mind. For me, it's more than just a meal; it's a easy feeling, a favorite I can never get enough of. Let me share my go-to meal that’s perfect for any time, any day, any season.
My go to meal is no order than Egg Sauce and Boiled plantain, One of the quickest, fastest and simplest meal to prepare.

Let me show you how I prepared mine and my ingredients( all that I could get at home tho)

  1. Plantain
    Health benefits:High fiber content promotes healthy digestion, prevents constipation, and supports gut health,Contains potassium (regulates blood pressure), magnesium (supports muscle and nerve function), and iron (aids in red blood cell production) and so many more. I prefer plantain to my egg sauce because it was a vegetation we had in our compound and it was easy to get.

2 EGG SAUCE INGREDIENTS

! EGG
Health benefit: Eggs are an excellent source of complete protein, containing all nine essential amino acids required for muscle repair, growth, and overall body function.Eggs are filling and low in calories, making them an excellent choice for those looking to manage their weight, and so many more benefits too.
!! CARROT
Health benefits:Carrots are one of the best sources of beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A. This is crucial for vision, immune function, and skin health,Supports blood clotting and bone health.Helps regulate blood pressure and maintain heart health
!!! SPRING ONION, TOMATOES AND ONION
Health benefits:Onions are a good source of vitamin C (boosts immunity and acts as an antioxidant) and B vitamins (supports energy production and brain health). They Contain potassium (regulates blood pressure) and small amounts of calcium, iron, and magnesium.
TOMATOES:High in vitamin C (boosts immunity), vitamin A (supports vision and skin health), and vitamin K (promotes blood clotting and bone health).Regular consumption of tomatoes may reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.

No be everyday youna go dey chop junks and fast food for eatery😔... Just try to be like me eat food that will make you more healthy and have a long lasting life but still I Wont be wicked and stingy on sharing my precious quick recipe and style of making this absolutely savory and mouthwatering meal of mine. Just Sit back and relax.

HOW I MAKE MY FAST MEAL.
Wash your plantains very well with water, add water into a clean pot, then slice your plantains into 2 pieces and add into the pot then boil for 15mins maximum depending on how soft your plantain is.

For the sauce
Dice your carrot, onions, spring onion, tomato then add your oil into your frying pan, add your oil then add your onion... Let it turn to golden yellow then add your carrot the let it fry too after that you add your tomatoes and spring onion and peppers to it.
After a well... You then add your seasoning and salt for taste.
After like 2 minutes, you wax your eggs then turn it into the mixture the let to fry to your satisfaction.

Dish it into your plate with a orange juice like mine and enjoy.
