I saw your post just in time. Lol. I'm into making bread too these days and still more on reading and learning, but on my very first attempt to make dough, instead of warm water, the water I put in the dry yeast is too hot to activate it. It didn't turn out well, but I guess it's all part of learning.😂 !PIZZA

hahahahaha. That's common mistake to make that's why my mom was behind my ears asking me " what type of water are you going to use?" because it matters. I mostly like hard bread so I use room temp water but there are bread that uses slighly warm water. And right, it's part of learning hehe
