TINOLANG BANGUS/MILKFISH FILIPINO RECIPE ( FISH SOUP)

Hello everyone. It's me again @chuch and here I am again wants to share my recipe. Yesterday before leaving we are so excited to see the City. Of course excited to go for a walk and see what is not here in our province. We ate at different restaurants because we love to eat and also out of curiosity to taste if it's delicious or not. We had fun sightseeing in the city, so when we got home from the flight, we were tired and a little dizzy. And each of us is looking for something hot to drink to ease the feeling of dizziness. And someone asked for hot coffee and I thought of cooking tinolang bangus/milkfish to be healthier instead of coffee. And I know that tinola bangus is everyone's favorite, so I'm sure that sipping the soup or eating it will be fun. So I immediately prepared the ingredients. And I immediately cleaned it and sliced ​​it so I could cook immediately.

And let's start our recipe today. And these are the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

1 Big fish bangus/Milk fish
Spring onions
Tomatoes
Long green pepper
Salt
Magic sarap

COOKING PROCEDURE

  • In a pot of water put bangus, spring onions, long green pepper, tomatoes, and salt. And boil it.

  • And when it boils, add magic sarap and cover again and boil until the bangus is thoroughly cooked. And if the bangus is cooked, taste the soup according to your taste and serve.

My recipe is the same but I prefer to add other veggies, like kangkong leaves, okra, eggplant, labanos, etc. it adds flavor to my dish and also gives more aroma, well I think your dish is delicious.

Wow, ngayon lang ako nakakita ng ganyang luto, tinolang bangus, kadalasan kasi nakikita kong tinola is tinolang manok,pero alam ko masarap po yan, ❣️

Hello @chimucks ,Dito po sa amin sa bisaya mga lolo namin pag galing sila sa dagat at may nahuling bangus ay agad magtinola ang aming lola. Sa kanila po namin ito natutunan ang tinolang bangus po. Thank you po.. 🥰
