El Rey tortilla chips cooked with some salsa, topped with chihuahua cheese, some scrambled eggs, and some Valentina hot sauce.
This is one of my favorite things to make and it's so incredibly easy. If you don't have tortilla chips, you can just make them. I think it's easier just to use chips that are already made. I'm not fancy or authentic.
A lot of people like to put fried eggs on the top. That's good, too, but I just went the super-easy-but-still-delicious route of scrambling them.
