Hay días que queremos optar por cocinar algo delicioso pero que sea de fácil elaboración, por eso les quiero compartir esta receta que seguro les va a encantar ya que no tiene muchos pasos y se ensucian pocos utensilios en la cocina y lo más importante no requiere del uso de batidor, así que si no tienes este electrodoméstico no te preocupes ya que esta es una excelente alternativa para realizar una rica torta.
There are days when we want to cook something delicious but easy to prepare. So I want to share this recipe that you will surely love. It does not have many steps, and few utensils are dirty in the kitchen. Most importantly does not require the use of a mixer. If you do not have this appliance, don´t worry, this is an excellent alternative to make a delicious cake.
- 1 taza de harina de trigo
- 1/2 taza de azúcar
- 6 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
- 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
- 2 huevos
- 1/2 taza de leche
- 1/2 taza de aceite vegetal
- 1/2 taza de nueces
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Coloca en un recipiente todos los ingredientes secos menos el azúcar. Mézclalos bien.
Agrega el azúcar en la leche y remueve hasta que se disuelva. Agrega a los ingredientes secos la leche, los huevos y el aceite, mezcla con ayuda de un tenedor.
Place all dry ingredients except sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
Add the sugar to the milk and stir until dissolved. Add the milk, eggs, and oil to the dry ingredients and mix with a fork.
Separa unas nueces enteras para adornar la superficie de la torta. Las demás nueces trocéalas y espolveréalas con harina para que se puedan distribuir uniformente en la mezcla. Agrega las nueces y mezcla con movimientos envolventes.
Set aside a few whole walnuts to decorate the surface of the cake. Chop the remaining walnuts and sprinkle them with flour so that can be evenly distributed in the mixture. Add the walnuts and mix with wrapping motions.
En un molde previamente engrasado y enharinado vierte la mezcla y hornea por 30 minutos a 180 C.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan and bake for 30 minutes at 180 C.
Mientras esperas que tu torta se hornee solo queda lavar el tazón donde realizaste la mezcla, el tenedor y un par de envases más, así de fácil sin tener que lidiar con la grasa de la mantequilla que se usa por lo general en este tipo de prearaciones. Siempre hay una alternativa para comer algo delicioso pero sin tanto ajetreo en la cocina.
While waiting for your cake to bake, wash the bowl where you made the mixture, the fork, and a couple of containers more, so easy without having to deal with the fat of the butter that is usually used in this type of preparation. So there is always an alternative to eat something delicious but without so much hustle and bustle in the kitchen.
Una vez que tu torta enfríe puedes adornarla para que se vea muy atractiva y sorprender a tus amigos o seres queridos, seguro que todos querrán comer un pedazo más.
Once your cake cools, you can decorate it to look very attractive and surprise your friends or loved ones. Everyone will surely want to eat a piece more.
