Adobo is a traditional Filipino recipe and it's a common specialty and way of cooking here in Philippines. We can cook any kinds of meat and even some vegetables into adobo and it is savored with vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and other herbs preferable to our taste.

• Peel the outer skin of chicken feet. (I poured hot water for easier peeling)

• I chopped each feet into two for smaller bites.

• Wash the chicken feet and set aside in a kasserolle containing ¾ amount of water.

• Boil it in high fire until 20 minutes.

• After boiling, use strainer to drain the water. Leave the chicken dry.

• Start heating the pan. Then add 2 ladle of oil.

• Sauté the condiments in the pan. First add the garlic until golden brown in color, next add the onions until you smell their aroma, then sauté the ginger.

• Add the chicken feet in pan and stir together with the condiments.

• Add 3 bowls of water, 2½ ladle of soy sauce,3 pinch of magic sarap, 1 tbsp of sugar

• Cover the pan with lid and wait till the chicken absorb the soup.

• Add 3 ladle of vinegar and cover the lid until 3 minutes.

• After 3 minutes, turnoff stove, set the dish in plate and serve on table.

I'll also drop few photos of the recipe with me (This is required in Foodies Bee Hive community)

A/N : Too bad I did not take pictures with myself doing the process of cooking because I never thought it is required, but I just got informed by admin recently and I understand that's for the authenticity of the content and to show that the blog is not plagiarized.

But here are my few proofs it's my original recipe content blog :)

Taken when I re-heated the leftovers for dinner.🙂
