Hola buenos días, el día de ayer me toco cocinar rápidos con mis pequeñas hijas encima había llegado tarde y estaban desesperadas por comer así que tuve que inventar algo rápido y que fuera rendidor. Esta es mi primera publicación con ustedes y quisiera compartir esta receta, para que también la puedan disfrutar en casa.

Hello good morning yesterday, I have to cook fast with my little daughters, I had arrived late and they were desperate to eat so I had to invent something fast and that was profitable. This is my first post with you and I would like to share this recipe so that you can also enjoy it at home.

Volcán de salchicha con espagueti.

Para esta receta vamos a utilizar los siguientes materiales:
For this recipe we are going to use the following materials:

  • 250 gramos de espagueti.
  • 4 Salchichas.
  • 2 Ajis dulces.
  • 1/2 Cebolla mediana.
  • 5 Dientes de ajo.
  • Onoto en polvo.
  • 1 Cucharadita de mantequilla.
  • Sal al gusto.

  • 250 grams of spaghetti.
  • 4 Sausages.
  • 2 sweet peppers.
  • 1/2 medium onion.
  • 5 cloves of garlic.
  • Onoto powder.
  • 1 Teaspoon of butter.
  • Salt to taste.

Lo primero que vamos hacer es poner a cocinar nuestros espaguetis de manera normal, mientras se cocina picamos lo aliños en cuadros pequeños. Rayamos la salchicha.

The first thing we are going to do is cook our spaghetti in the normal way, while it cooks we chop the seasonings into small squares and also the very chopped garlic. We scratch the sausage.

Seguidamente ponemos a calentar nuestro sartén en donde vamos a sofreir el aliño con la mantequilla.

Then we put our pan to heat where we are going to fry the dressing with the butter.

Luego agregamos el ajo junto con el aliño picado. Cocinamos por unos segundos, agregamos el onoto en polvo, luego agregamos la salchicha rayada con un poquito de sal. Mezclamos y cocinamos por espacio de 3 minutos.

Then we add the garlic along with the chopped dressing. Cook for a few seconds, add the powdered onoto, then add the striped sausage with a little salt. Mix and cook for 3 minutes.

Una vez listo el guiso servimos y a comer bien calientico.

Once the stew is ready, we serve to eat very hot.
