500 gr de higado de res picado en cuadros o tiras
200 gr de ajoporro
5 ajíes grandes
media cebolla grande o una mediana
sal algusto
2 cucharadas de mostaza
300 gr de papas
Ingredients:

Preparación:
Picamos todos los aliños los ponemos a sofreir en un cladero moviendo por 2 minutos, le agregamos el higado una pizca de sal, removemos hasta que el higado se sofria, agramos el agua las papas la sal gusto y tapamos

Y este es el toque especial, le agragamos las 2 cucharadas de mostaza

Dejamos hervir or 5 minutos y esta listo, adicional te recomiendo que le agregues 5 dientes de ajo triturados antes al apagar el fuego.
Lo servimos con torres de arroz y platanos fritos y si quedó nuestro guiso de higado de res
