Ensalada de aguacate y tomates - Avocado and Tomato Salad

Una ensalada que nunca nos deja mal parados a pesar de ser sencilla.

A salad that never leaves us in a bad way despite being simple.

Ingredientes:

• Un aguacate maduro.
• Tres tomates.
• Media cebollita.
• Un manojito de cilantro.
• Un chorrito de vinagre.
• Un chorrito de aceite.
• Sal y pimienta al gusto.

• A ripe avocado.
• Three tomatoes.
• Half an onion.
• A bunch of coriander.
• A splash of vinegar.
• A splash of oil.

Preparación:

Se lavan bien los vegetales, los pongo en una tabla y los corto (tomates, cebolla) en
rodajas finas, los coloco en un tazón.

The vegetables are washed well, I put them on a board and cut them (tomatoes, onion) in
thin slices, I put them in a bowl.

Corto el cilantro finamente, el aguacate en cuadritos (no tiene semilla mi aguacate) y los agrego con los tomates y las cebolla, un chorrito de vinagre, un chorrito de aceite, salpimiento y remuevo muy bien.

I cut the coriander finely, the avocado into squares (my avocado has no seed) and I add them with the tomatoes and onions, a dash of vinegar, a dash of oil, seasoning and stir very well.
