After a rigorous and time consuming judging process and much hemming and hawing I am pleased to announce the winner of the Prepper Cook-off Challenge #4...
@alexanderfarm beat everyone by a mile by being the only qualified entrant. 🎉
I had jokingly called this challenge much anticipated, apparently that was not the case. I'm not entirely sure what happened, past editions of this contest gathered much more interest and there was some pretty stiff competition. Some of the lack of interest this time around was probably my fault. I think I posted it in an inappropriate community (still getting used to these) and also failed to do a timely reminder post.
There will be another edition of this challenge in month or so and I will be rectifying some of these issues as well as beefing up the reward pool which I can definitely afford to do since the majority of the prizes went unclaimed.
If you are interested in participating in the next edition of this challenge consider subscribing to our blog so you are more likely to see it when it is posted. I also may go and badger a few past entrants to see if they just didn't know the contest was running again. I was really hoping for more participation as it is actually a lot of fun and some of the recipes people come up with are really good considering the restrictions that are placed on them.
Winners:
1st Prize and Most Creative Reward 20+2 HIVE and 10+2 SBI
@alexanderfarm - Pina Colada Peddler Pudding Recipe | Prepper Cook Off Challenge
This was a really yummy looking recipe and a high quality post as well. @alexanderfarm even added a poem/song for fun! There is a good chance that this entry would have placed top 3 even if we had a much larger field of contestants. Consider subscribing to this blog as well. A lot of effort goes into these posts and videos and it shows.

Ahh!Thank you thank you thank you! Too bad there wasn't some more entries to compete with. It was a really fun challenge! Thank you @canadianrenegade for all the hard work you put in to hosting this. Looking forward to the next one.
You're welcome! Definitely going to put a lot more effort into "marketing" the next one. Want some stiff competition.😾
