My grandmother taught me this, the ingredients are:
1 kg of flour 0
10 gr of yeast for bread
1 cup of milk
1 cup of oil
25 gr salt
450/500 g of water

Knead everything and let it rest at least until the dough has doubled, it will take more or less 3 hours
Re-mix everything and make balls of 70/80 gr

Roll them out with a rolling pin about the size of a dessert plate

Fillings

  1. cooked mozzarella, pitted green olives
  2. mozzarella and cherry tomatoes
  3. Calabrian esplanade with mozzarella
  4. minced meat sautéed with cherry tomatoes
  5. Zola and cooked
  6. put what you like 😜
    Fry and then salt them on top
    Enjoy your meal

They are good if served freshly fried, in case you can freeze them still to be cooked
