Enjoying A delicious pasticho

A delicious pasticho or lasagna that my aunt Elena prepared yesterday with a delicious melon juice, very special for us , we put ice on it.

The pasticho has pasta in rectangular shapes that you buy in supermarkets and they come directly to the oven, the bechamel cream is made and the ingredients are wheat flour, whole milk, butter, nutmeg and salt to taste, first having prepared the ground meat and having all the ingredients at hand we put everything in molds in order first we put the pasta then we add the bechamel sauce then we put the ground meat on top we put ham and cheese and so on until the mold is filled which if it is square it is a lot better you put it in the oven for approximately 30 minutes and after it is ready you take it out and put it to cool because if you take it out hot it will be damaged after you can take it out you serve it and enjoy a good pasticho you can accompany it with bread and drink soda as you like....
