Hello all Hive friends, today is Friday, which means it is the end of the weekday leading up to tomorrow's weekend.
The morning in my city started with quite cloudy and cold conditions. even though it didn't rain last night. But I hope that the sky will be bright this afternoon because I've just been drying my clothes heheh..
This morning I made breakfast with fish only. I was confused, how is this fish delicious cooked? Because time was running out with my husband's work hours, I finally decided that I would just cook the fish and stir-fry the chilies and onions. simple and increases appetite.
• Parrot fish
• red chili pepper
• green chilies
• red onion
• garlic
• 1 segment of ginger
• lime
cut the tilapia
After cutting the tilapia, then cut the lime. and rub the fish with lime juice so that the fishy smell of the fish disappears
heat the oil
Fry the tilapia over medium heat, so that the fish cooks evenly and don't fry it for too long
Remove and drain when the fish is cooked. then place it on a plate.
chop chilies, onions and ginger
cut according to taste, if I like it spicy then there is a lot of chili
Stir-fry Seasoning
Heat the oil, then add the sliced shallots and garlic until fragrant, then add the sliced chilies, tomatoes and ginger. stir until evenly cooked then add salt and sugar.
Once it feels right, add a little water.
add parrot fish
stir until the water reduces slightly
This fish stir-fry menu is perfect to serve in cloudy weather. It will feel warm in the stomach, because it contains ginger. This menu is also very suitable served with hot rice.
