For someone who says they like to procrastinate, you certainly get a lot accomplished! lol

These are terrific-looking dishes! I haven't tried cassava before (that I know of) and found that particularly interesting. The vegetables all looked so fresh; great food for your children!

Thanks for this delicious post! I look forward to your future creations with whatever is leftover in your fridge! lol

Cheers!

Hi @braveboat ! Thank you so much for your comment, I especially loved the part about procrastinating, soon I'll bring you more recipes, and these cassava dumplings can also be made with potatoes, and it tastes even better with sweet potatoes.

That sounds great! I look forward to that post.

I checked out a few of your other posts, including your introductory one, and I see that you are an accomplished chef! I should have known given the amazing things you did with 'leftovers.' lol You have a marvelous story having learned to cook through the good graces of your mother and grandmother.

Hello to you and Brazil. I hope to get down there at some point in the next few years. I have a friend in Sao Paulo I haven't seen for many years, and I am eager to reconnect with him and to see Brazil...

Anyway... lol Thanks again for your post and follow-up comment. good luck to you!
