Must try cauliflower curry once during these daysl. This dish is very excellent and rich with taste.

Ingredients
- 250 g Cauliflower
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2-3 peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon dry ginger powder
- 1 tsp mole
- 1 tsp dry coconut
- 1 whole red chilli
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 Green Cardamom
- 1 clove
- 1 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- A little chopped coriander
- Salt to taste
Steps to follow


Heat a pan and fry cumin, fennel, cloves, black pepper, sesame, cardamom, dry coconut and whole red pepper.
In this add, grinded turmeric, salt, dry ginger powder and coriander powder.
Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the spices.
Add tomato puree and fry.

In a pan fry the cauliflower pieces separately.

Now put cauliflower pieces in the pan with spices mixture and cover it on low heat and cook.
Then add cream.

Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
