During the lock down days, this recipe has been my top finding for any time snacks.
If you want to make the dish even tastier, experiment with the toppings and add the ham, fish or vegetables.

Ingredients for Omelet
- Eggs 6 pcs
- Mayonnaise 150 g
- Flour 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt taste
- Cheese 150 g
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
Ingredients for Topping
- Greenery 1 bunch
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Cheese 70 g
Steps to Follow
- Beat eggs with a mixer. Add mayonnaise, flour and salt to them and whisk again.
2․ Pour in finely grated cheese and mix.
3․ Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease generously with oil. So the omelet will be easy to remove.
Place the egg and cheese mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake at 180°C for approximately 10-15 minutes.
6․ While the omelet is cooling, chop the herbs and garlic and mix with finely grated cheese.
7․ When the roll has cooled slightly, put the filling on it and carefully wrap it.
Cut the roll into small rolls and butter them all over.
Bake the small rolls for about 25 minutes at 180°C.
