Alma is highly beneficial in digestive diseases and is used to treat coughs and jaundice. Most significantly, Alma helps the body create a chemical that helps to enhance brain functioning.
2. ASHWAGANDHA
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), often known as winter plum or Indian ginseng, is native to India and portions of Africa. Ashwagandha is a common Ayurvedic herb used to cure a variety of ailments. Ashwagandha is employed.

4.VALERIAN
Valerian is a flowering plant native to Southeast Asia, Europe, Jamaica, and North America. Valerian roots and rhizomes are used in the treatment of insomnia, weariness, high blood pressure, depression, and anxiety. Valerian is used as a moderate sedative in Ayurvedic medicine.

Boswellia is a plant that is also known as Indian olibanum, Indian frankincense, and Salai guggul. Boswellia offers several health advantages, including anti-inflammatory properties, pain relief, and treatment of chronic illnesses such as asthma and arthritis.
And According to research, Boswellia cures cancer cells such as leukemia and breast cancer.
