Wow, this is amazing

My wife really likes miso soup, I have never seen a recipe like this before, we usually make it with ready made sauces.I will certainly test it.

I like miso soup too! I hope your wife can get Hondashi. I didn’t put Tofu this time but tofu miso soup is also good!

Yes, Hondashi we have around here too, but I've never put it in miso soup.

I will look for a good shiro miso in specialized stores.
