Making White rice and Stew

Gooday my fellow bloggers and readers. Today I’ll be showing you guys how I made this white rice and stew with chicken

It was quiet easy because this is a regular food in my country. I went to the market with my roommate and we got some food stuffs: chicken,tomatoes,pepper and curry leaf

I grinded my fresh tomatoes and pepper in the market because I didn’t want to slice it and I wanted my stew to come out very smooth and I don’t have a blender lol.

First things first, I chopped my onions and plucked my curry leaf into a sieve, boiled my grinded tomato and spicied my chicken

After all this has been done I put my pot on fire. Fried my onions and put in my sachet curry, allowed it to fry for about a minute and 30 seconds on medium heat.
Then added my already boiled tomatoes with sachet tomatoes to enhance the quantity and flavor of the stew. When this was frying I grabbed my other condiments: crayfish,spice city,stew spice,maggi and salt

After putting my condiments I proceeded to add my chicken water and my chicken, allowed that to boil for some time then I added extra water to make the stew less thick and allowed it to boil for some minutes.

When it had boiled I proceeded to boil my rice. And viola food is ready

This photo makes me remember a meal that I always bought in 7-11 whenever I get to buy lunch while I was still working as an IT professional.
