Here I have a perfectly cooked medium rare New York strip with a hot salad, my hot salad is simple I’ve combined broccoli onion Brussel sprouts and Bulgarian feta cheese with a little bit of premium olive oil.The salad is very simple and easy to make you steam some broccoli and some Brussel sprouts and then just grill some onion the steak would be done on slow fire on a grill add a 300° for 20 to 25 minutes. Don’t get me wrong you could never get the onion like that if you don’t wrap it in aluminum foil before you put it of the grill with the steak. Patience is a must when it come to cooking the steak. On the steak I’ve only added salt and pepper and a bit of thyme to brink out the meat flavor,
