Hello foodies!
Lebaran is just around the corner, another week of Eid for Muslims will soon arrive. The month of Ramadan ends in 2022 and enters Shawwal, it doesn't feel like it's been 3 weeks of fasting and carrying out other worship in this Ramadan.
Usually, before Eid al-Fitr, I as a housewife will prepare many things to celebrate the victory on Eid al-Fitr. Including preparing food and drinks that I will serve to guests who will come to my house for the Lebaran safari. Likewise for other Muslims who celebrate Eid al-Fitr.
This year is the second time for us to celebrate Eid in our new home. Because I have separated from my parents, so I have to prepare all the things myself to welcome Eid. But luckily I already know what things I have to prepare, not like last year which made me a little confused.
One of the things I prepared was making cookies as snacks for the guests who would come. Usually I prepare a lot of cookies, such as nastar, chocolate cornflakes, sago cheese and many others. Uniquely, there is one cookie that I like and I will never skip. Because making it very easy, without a mixer and oven. At least it will help reduce the electricity costs that will explode when using the oven to make cookies.
So, this time I want to share a little recipe for making chocolate cornflakes. I think making these cookies can be done without looking, because it is very easy and fail-proof if you follow the steps well. So curious how to make it? Let's see the following recipe!
Ingredients:
- 500 gr cornflakes
- 500 gr dark chocolate
- Sprinkle sugar
- Mini cups
How to make chocolate cornflakes:
- Crush the cornflakes to crumble, I used a roller pin
- Melt the dark chocolate, using double steam, fill the wokpan with water, then place the stainless steel bowl on top of the wokpan. Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces and put it in a bowl, usually the chocolate will melt well in 10-15 minutes.
- Put the cornflakes into a bowl of melted dark chocolate, stir until smooth.
- Fill the mini cups with chocolate cornflakes slowly, then sprinkle sugar on top.
- Put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, arrange into a jar.
Isn't it easy to make these chocolate cornflakes? Usually I prepare cookies with the help of my husband, especially this one menu. However, many fail to put in the jar because it goes into the stomach! Ahahaha
See you the next one, friends!

Aha so simple to make, what a good idea 😀. I used to make nastar and take the whole day to make it, oh + 1 more day for the pineapple filling
