Pengat Pisang with Sagu/Sago/Tapioca Pearls is a well-known traditional Malay dessert that is simple to make, yet taste so delicious. It is comforting to drink this warm on a rainy day. You can also serve it cold to have a refreshing sweet taste of Pengat Pisang.
Ingredients:
Sagu/Sago/Tapioca Pearls:
2 liter Water
80 g Sagu/Sago/Tapioca Pearls
Pengat Pisang:
250 ml Water
100 g Jaggery/ Cane sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Pandan leaves
3 to 4 Ripe bananas
500 ml Coconut milk
