It's the weekend and the best time to enjoy freshly baked cookies! Made these sinful red velvet white chocolate cheese cookies with huge white chocolate chunks and did I just mention cheese? I mixed leftover cream cheese with the cookie dough and they turned out softer and richer which greatly complemented the slightly melted white chocolate. 70 g Salted Butter (Room Temperature)
70 g Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
130 g Caster Sugar
1 large Egg (Room Temperature)
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tsp Red Food Coloring
180 g All Purpose Flour
20 g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
200 g White Chocolate Chunks
