Fried prawns with mayonnaise is one of favourite starters. The crispy prawns with tangy and creamy mayonnaise sauce is a great combo. They taste even better when eaten with fresh juicy pineapple chunks. Here, I made Crispy Mayo Prawn with Pineapples in 2 flavours. The first dish is made with sweet citrusy chili mayonnaise, while the second one has plain mayonnaise mixed with onions and herbs.
