This chicken curry is made using Santhas chicken curry powder and the aroma simply fills the room. It goes well with idli, dosai and rice.
Ingredients:
As required Oil
1 Cinnamon
2 Star Anise
3 Cloves
3 Cardamom
2 stick Curry Leaves
1 Big Onion
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tomato
1 kg Chicken
Salt to Taste
1 liter + 1 cup Water
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
4 tbsp Santhas Chicken Curry Powder
2 Potatoes
1 cup Coconut milk
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Bahan-bahan:
Minyak masak
1 Kayu manis
2 Bunga lawang
3 Bunga Cengkih
3 Buah Pelaga
2 batang Daun Kari
1 Bawang Besar
2 sudu besar Puri halia dan bawang putih
1 Tomato
1 kg Ayam
Garam secukup rasa
1 liter + 1 cawan Air
1 sudu kecil Serbuk kunyit
4 sudu besar Serbuk Kari Ayam Santhas
2 Ubi kentang
1 cawan Santan
Daun Ketumbar dicincang
I have never eaten chicken and potato curry. But We (my wife and I) made beef and potato curry many times. It was very delicious. We will try this next time. Thanks for the mouthwatering recipe.
