I'm a big fan of ginger and drink infusions regularly. it saved me during pandemics when I got covid several times.
My preferred preparation is
- a dozen of thin slices
- a half lemon juice
- one small spoon of honey
- one-half small spoon of Pranarom Grog
Put the ginger in the basket of your teapot and pour boiling water.
Add the rest directly into the teapot.

Yeah, over the years I started to eat ginger as well.
If you mix it long enough, you don‘t taste the ginger structure.
