Hola amigos de hive bienvenidos a un nuevo post, hoy les traigo algo diferente, en estos días hice una torta tres leches y decidí compartir la receta con todos ustedes por si desean hacer algo sabroso y dulce para merendar.
Hello friends of hive, welcome to a new post, today I bring you something different, these days I made a tres leches cake and decided to share the recipe with all of you in case you want to make something tasty and sweet for a snack.

Para el bizcocho
- 4 huevos
- 140 gr de harina
- 110 gr de azúcar
- 1 cda de polvo de hornear
- 1 cda de esencia de vainilla
Para la mezcla de las 3 leches
- 1 lata de leche condensada
- 1 lata de leche evaporada
- 1 taza o 250 ml de leche completa
Para la crema solo use crema chantilly pero tambien puede ser con merengue de clara de huevo
For the cake
- 4 eggs
- 140 gr of flour
- 110 grams of sugar
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
For the 3 milk mixture
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 cup or 250 ml of whole milk
For the cream only use chantilly cream but it can also be with egg white meringue

Comencé batiendo los huevos con el azúcar hasta formar una mecla homogénea
I started by beating the eggs with the sugar until they form a homogeneous mixture.
Luego agregue la harina poco a poco hasta mezclar bien todos los ingredientes. Por ultimo le agregue esencia y el polvo de hornear.
Then add the flour little by little until all the ingredients are well mixed. Finally add essence and baking powder.
En una refractaria de vidrio enharinada y engrasada con mantequilla coloque la mezcla y la hornee por 25 min a 180 grados.
In a glass refractory floured and greased with butter, place the mixture and bake it for 25 min at 180 degrees.
Para la mezcla de tres leches batí todo en la licuadora y le hice huequitos al bizcocho para que se absorbiera bien la mezcla y le fui agregando poco a poco hasta que absorba todo.
For the mixture of three milks I beat everything in the blender and I made little holes in the cake so that the mixture was well absorbed and I added it little by little until it absorbed everything.
Por ultimo bati la crema chantilly y coloque encima del bizcocho , espolvorie con canela y la metí en la nevera por unas horas hasta que estuviera fría y listo para comer.
Finally I beat the chantilly cream and place it on top of the cake, sprinkle with cinnamon and put it in the fridge for a few hours until it was cold and ready to eat.
