Para empezar agregamos la clara de los huevo en la batidora y la empezamos batir ya después que de batir las clara agregamos las ñemas y batimos y luego vamos agregando la azúcar poco a poco estará lista cuando no se sienta la azúcar y luego le agregamos la harina pero al agragarle la harina no la batiremos el la batidora si no a mano ,Luego la masa la colocaremos en el molde y la metemos al horno hasta que esté lista , luego la sacamos, en mi caso yo las pique y las metí en unas bandejas.

Para hacer la cremas batida utilizamos las clara de 4 huevos y 450 gramos de azúcar la colocamos en una olla y le echamos agua hasta que tape la azúcar ( no demasiada agua ) Ponemos las claras de los huevos en la batidora la batimos y luego que ya se forma la crema le echamos la azúcar derretida y listo decoramos nuestra torta y arriba le colocamos un poquito de canela
