Chocolate cake with chocolate filling / Torta de chocolate rellena de chocolate

INGREDIENT FOR THE CAKE:

*1kg wheat flour
1kg sugar
500 grams of butter
6 eggs
1 liter of milk
100 grams of chocolate powder

PREPARATION:

1. First beat the egg whites and after they are beaten add the egg yolks.

2. After beating the egg whites and the rest of the egg whites, add the sugar.

3. We add the butter.

4. Add the vanilla (2 tablespoons).

5.We add the wheat flour little by little.

6. We add the milk little by little.

7. And finally we add the cocoa and we put it in the oven until it is ready.

5. And ready we decorate our to our lliking.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING

*1 liter of water
9 tablespoons of powdered milk
6 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons of cocoa

PREPARATION OF THE CHOCOLATE FILLING:

1. In one liter of water, whisk together the milk and cornstarch and stir in the cocoa until thickened.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM

*400 grams of sugar
*4 egg whites

PREPARATION FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM:

1. Beat the egg whites

2. Add 100 grams of the 400 grams of sugar to the egg whites

3. The other 300 grams of sugar with a little bit of water to boil must be in a caramel point.

4. Then it is added to the egg whites.

INGREDIENTE PARA EL BISCOCHO:

1kg de harina de trigo
1kg de azúcar
500 gramos de mantequilla
6 Huevos
1 litro de leche
100 gramos de chocolate en polvo

PREPARACIÓN:

1. Primero batimos las claras de los los huevos y después que estén batidas le agregamos las ñemas de los huevos.

2. Luego que batimos las la clara de los huevos y las demás le agregamos la azúcar.

3. Le agregamos la mantequilla

4. Le agregamos la vainilla ( 2 cucharadas).

5.Le agregamos la harina de trigo poco a poco.

6. Le vamos agregando la leche poco a poco

7. Y por último le agregamos el cacao y la metemos al horno hasta que esté lista.

INGREDIENTES PARA EL RELLENO

1 Litro de agua
9 Cucharadas de leche en polvo
6 Cucharadas de maicena
3 Cucharadas de cacao

PREPARACIÓN DEL RELLENO DE CHOCOLATE:

1. En un litro de agua se bate la leche y la maicena y el cacao se revuelve hasta que espese.

INGREDIENTES PARA LA CREMA BATIDA

400 Gramos de Azúcar
4 Claras de huevos

PREPARACIÓN PARA LA CREMA BATIDA:

1. Se baten las claras

2. Se le agrega de los 400 gramos de azúcar 100 a las claras.

3. Los otros de 300 gramos de coloca con poquito de agua a hervir debe estar en un punto de caramelo.

4. Luego se le agrega a las claras de huevo.

5. Y listo decoramos nuestra torta a nuestro gusto.
