Delicious food is the best to eat with family and friends. It increases our appetite and won't notice ourselves that we eat a lot. Otherwise, it causes us weight easily. But, it can create happy memories with the people around us.
Anyway, we cannot live in this world without food. We always crave more. We eat a lot because that's our happiness. We even celebrated with food when we did good at work or school.
"The Pork Sizzling"
This is a favorite by most Filipinos. They love to eat because of the spicy flavors, juicy of the pork, and the spices. What I like in sizzling is the half cooked sunny side up egg at the top and the spices on it.
"Bam-I" or "Pancit Bisaya"
This is famous dish in the Philippines. They love to eat this as snack paired with the sliced bread. I like Bam- I because there are various of ingredients. It includes pork or chicken, fish balls, shrimp, and veggies. It is healthy to eat because of the veggies. It has carrots, cabbages and beans. It tastes good for me when there is oyster sauce on it.
Bam-i is always present during fiesta in the Philippines.
Every Filipinos love bam-i. Even foreigners loved it too when they visit in the Philippines. They tried to eat Bam-i. They said it tastes good because a lot of ingredients added.
Fish Fillet with Rice and Chicharon
This is famous dish to eat in Capitancillo Cafe' and Restaurant in Bogo City, Cebu. This is favorite dish of my husband either with sour and cream sauce or sweet and sour sauce. It tastes good in both sauce.
At that time, he had chosen the sweet and sour sauce. For me, I'd prefer the sour and cream sauce for fish fillet.
In Capitancillo Cafe and Restaurant, they also sell desserts. I like their cakes and fruit salad. They also sell fruit shakes, ice cream, halo-halo, and pasta.
Everyone who had been there was satisfied the food and services. The crews were very approachable. They entertain well in every customer. That's why a lot of people come there.
