It's so much fun to be able to surprise the family at the dinner table. Even though it's from ingredients that are eaten daily, we can still make interesting food like a new menu just by playing a presentation.
For this weekend I will serve squid for my husband. I made a surprise with the different appearance of the squid.
From a distance, my husband had no idea that it was his favorite squid. After directly spooning it, my husband smiled and felt surprised that this was his favorite food, Green Chili Squid With Pakchoy.
The Ingredients
- 1/2 kg of squid
- 250 grams of green chili
- 7 cloves of red onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 stalks of lemongrass, cut 2 pieces and flattened
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar

I just arranging my food randomly. But before cooking, usually I Saw many food plating photography to get inspiration 🙂
In us, no plating anymore. We just serve rice and viand and we can get as many as we want until it is done. Hehehe
