Hello friends happy day. Today I bring you another delicious homemade recipe called palmeritas, made with puff pastry dough with sugar, it is a very quick and easy to prepare in this recipe I will show you how to prepare it.

Hola amigos feliz día. Hoy les traigo otra rica receta casera llamadas palmeritas, hechas a bese de masa de hojaldre con azúcar, es una receta muy rápida y sencilla de preparar en esta receta te mostraré como la prepare.


Ingredients

  • 250 grams of puff pastry dough
  • 100 grams of sugar

Ingredientes

  • 100 gramos de azúcar

This recipe is quick to make, as long as we have the puff pastry dough ready, if it were not the case we would have to prepare or otherwise buy the dough I mostly do it, it is not perfect but it does its job which is to make the flaky layers.

Está receta es rápida de hacer, siempre y cuando tengamos la masa de hojaldre lista, si no fuese el caso la tendríamos que preparar o en su defecto comprar la masa yo mayormente la hago, no me queda perfecta pero si hace su función que es realizar las capas hojaldradas.si deseas saber cómo la prepare aquí les dejo el enlace de mi preparación.

Start stretching the dough into a rectangle at least 3mm thick, once we have the rectangular shape, add the sugar and spread it all over the dough, with the rolling pin we make a little pressure to adhere to the dough.

Comenzamos estirando la masa en forma de rectángulo de al menos unos 3mm de espesor, una vez tengamos la forma rectangular, agregamos el azúcar y la esparcimos por toda la masa, con el rodillo hacemos un poco de presión para que se adhiera a la masa.



Then take one of the ends of the dough and fold it in half, and do the same with the other end of the dough, add more sugar on it and fold both ends again. Then cut one centimeter thick and place it on a greased tray. We take it to the oven preheated to 200⁰c for 20 minutes halfway through the time we take it out of the oven we turn the palmeritas and put them in the oven again.

Luego tomamos un de los extremos de la masa lo doblamos hacia la mitad, y hacemos lo mismo con el otro extremo de la masa, agregamos más azúcar sobre ella y doblamos nuevamente ambos extremos. Para luego cortar de un centímetro de espesor y colocar sobre una bandeja engrasada. La llevamos al horno precalentado a 200⁰c por 20 minutos a mitad de tiempo sacamos del horno le damos vueltas a las palmeritas y metemos al horno



After the baking time we let it rest, serve and enjoy some delicious palmeritas with a good coffee, then I show you the final result.

Una vez pasado el tiempo de horneado dejamos reposar servimos y degustamos de unas ricas palmeritas con un buen café, a continuación les muestro el resultado final.
