I want to share with you a recipe that I saw in some Instagram video, then I lost track of it, but it stayed in my memory and I said.... Someday I will make it! Well it happened to be my anniversary date and I prepared it, just as I imagined it, a mix of flavor, textures and creativity: Neapolitan style chicken!
Ingredients:
Chicken | 300 gr chicken breast | |
---|---|---|
150 gr mozzarella cheese | 150 gr | |
Bacon | 100 gr | |
Tomato puree | half a cup | |
Parmesan cheese | 1 tbsp | |
Vegetable oil | 1 spoonful | |
Vegetables (optional) | Paprika | |
spices | salt, pepper, oregano |
Procedure
- Clean the breast and separate into two halves, then cut into sections on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the bacon into medium squares, mozzarella cheese and paprika.
- Insert the paprika, bacon and cheese into the grooves of the chicken.
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 g°C. Place the chicken in an oiled baking dish and add the tomato puree and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
Bake in the oven at 180° and take out after 30 minutes.
Serve on a plate, I served it with pasta with cream. Now, enjoy!

Quiero compartir con ustedes una receta que ví el algún vídeo de Instagram, luego le perdí la pista, pero quedó en mi memoria y dije... Algún día la haré! Pues resulta que se dió la fecha de mi aniversario y la preparé, tal cual la imaginaba, una mezcla de sabor, texturas y creatividad: pollo al estilo napolitano!
Ingredientes:
Pollo | 300 gr pechuga |
---|---|
Queso mozzarella | 150 gr |
Tocineta | 100 gr |
Puré de tomate | media taza |
Queso parmesano | 1 cucharada |
Aceite vegetal | 1 cucharada |
Vegetales (opcional) | Pimentón |
Especies | sal, pimienta, orégano |
Procedimiento
- Limpiar la pechuga y separar en dos mitades, luego cortar en secciones encima y salpimentar
- Cortar la tocineta en cuadritos medianos, el queso mozzarella y el pimentón.
- Introducir el pimentón, la tocineta y el queso en las ranuras del pollo
Llevar al refrigerador por 30 min.
Precalentar el horno a 180 g°C. Colocar el pollo en una bandeja refractaria previamente aceitada y agregar el puré de tomate y esparcir queso parmesano y orégano.
Llevar al horno a 180° y sacar a los 30 min.
Servir en un plato, yo lo serví acompañado de pasta a la crema. Ahora sí, a disfrutar!!
