Delicious and quick zucchini canoe (ENG/ESP)

This is a quick recipe for those busy days because in about 20 minutes you can have this dish ready, it is also quite yielding, for those who live alone it allows you to have two portions to keep one or to devour both if you are a glutton like me.

Ingredients:
One zucchini (as straight as possible).
250 grams of beef
Half an onion
A quarter of paprika
A spoonful of garlic paste
One teaspoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Oregano
Spices to taste
Mozzarella cheese

Esta es una receta rápida para esos días de mucho trabajo porque en cosa de 20 minutos puedes tener listo este platillo, además es bastante rendidor, para aquellos que viven solos te permite tener dos porciones para guardar una o bien para devorar ambas si eres un glotón como yo.

Ingredientes:

Un calabacín (lo más recto posible)

250 gramos de carne de res

Media cebolla

Un cuarto de Pimentón

Una cuchara de pasta de ajo

Una cucharadita de aceite de oliva

Sal y pimienta

Orégano

Especias al gusto

Queso mozzarella

Preparation:

First cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and with the help of a spoon scrape out all the flesh from inside the zucchini, being careful not to pierce it. Reserve all that you take out of the zucchini. Then, spread a touch of olive oil and oregano on the inside of our zucchini boats and then put them in the oven at medium temperature for about 10 minutes.

Preparación

Primero cortamos el calabacín a lo largo por la mitad y con la ayuda de una cucharilla vamos a raspar toda la carne de su interior con cuidado de no traspasarlo. Reservar toda lo que saques del calabacín. Luego embadurnar con un toque de aceite de oliva y orégano el interior de nuestros barquitos de calabacín y posteriormente meterlos en el horno a temperatura media por unos 10 minutos.

Now we go with the stuffing, in a hot frying pan, throw the chopped onion in strips, the paprika in small squares and a generous spoonful of garlic paste, season the meat with salt and pepper and marinate to taste, and add it to the pan when the vegetables have browned, move the meat constantly, when it has already taken color, add everything we extracted from the zucchini and stir until it is integrated. Remove from the heat once it has finished to our liking.

Ahora vamos con el relleno, en un sartén caliente, lanzar la cebolla picada en tiras, el pimentón en pequeños cuadros y una cuchara bien generosa de pasta de ajo, la carne la salpimentamos y adobamos al gusto, y se agrega al sartén cuando los vegetales se hayan dorado, movemos la carne constantemente, cuando ya haya tomado color, agregamos todo lo que extrajimos del calabacín y revolvemos hasta que se integre. Sacamos del fuego una vez tenga el termino de nuestro gusto.

Finally, we take our meat and generously stuff our zucchini canoes, once this is ready, we crown with two slices of mozzarella cheese and put in the oven at high temperature until the cheese is gratin and ready, bon appetit.

Por último, tomamos nuestra carne y rellenamos generosamente nuestras canoas de calabacín, una vez listo esto, coronamos con dos lonjas de queso mozzarella y metemos al horno a alta temperatura hasta gratinar el queso y listo, buen provecho.

Me gusta la cocina pero no lo cotidiano sino recetas elaboradas y ésta me gustó mucho, el Zucchini es muy vendido y consumido en Buenos Aires así que tomaré en cuenta ésta preparación para aplicarla 😁

I like cooking but not the everyday but elaborated recipes and I really liked this one, the Zucchini is very sold and consumed in Buenos Aires so I will take into account this preparation to apply it 😁.
