Your dumblings look yummy and colorful. I am a big fan of any steamed dumblings and gyoza. The beef dumling I love the most is Khinkali of Georgian cuisine. But I never tried any lamb dumblings before. I saved this recipe to my blog for trying next time with lamb then ;)
