Hello friends.
In this post, I would like to share with you a very simple banana pie recipe. Before you start cooking, I want to show what ingredients you need for this.
Ingredients:
- Bananas 4 pcs.
- Pot cheese 300 gr.
- Egg 1 pc.
- Walnuts 50 gr.
- Coconut flakes 80 gr.
- Raisins 50 gr.
- Semolina 2 tbsp
So let's get started! First you need to grind the nuts in a grinder.
Then we take one banana, break it into several parts and put it in nuts and start pressing with a fork, you need to turn everything into a homogeneous mass, as shown in the photo
then pour the coconut flakes on top and also mix. Like this:
Next, we need to prepare a baking container with a diameter of about 18 cm, and we will lay baking paper on the bottom of the container. Ready.
Next, with our resulting mass of nuts, bananas and coconut flakes, we line the entire bottom of the container with our hands and lift this mass along the sides of the container by about 5 cm, this mass is very plastic, so it is not difficult. Here's how it should work.
Then in a blender we need to grind first 3 bananas until smooth, then add pot cheese, one egg, and 2 tbsp of semolina, beat everything thoroughly
add raisins at the end
we pour the resulting mass into our container prepared in advance, we try to distribute everything evenly
And now, it remains to bake everything in the oven and our pie is ready! Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes
Friends, the pie turns out to be very tasty, airy!
bon appetit to everyone
I want to taste it
nothing is easier, you have to cook it
