Bolitas de maicena con queso / Cornstarch balls with cheese {ESP-ENG}

Esta receta es una de las favoritas de mi hija, son unas ricas bolitas de quesos hechas con maicena, son súper divinas y solo necesitas 3 ingredientes para realizarlas!!!

This recipe is one of my daughter's favorites, they are delicious cheese balls made with cornstarch, they are super divine and you only need 3 ingredients to make them !!!

INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS

3 cucharadas de maicena
1 huevo
Queso mozzarella o el de tu preferencia (recomiendo el mozarrela por como se derrite y el sabor que da)

3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 egg
Mozzarella cheese or the one of your preference (I recommend the mozzarella because of how it melts and the flavor it gives)

PREPARACION / PREPARATION

En un bol colocaremos las 3 cucharadas de maicena, el huevo y le agregaremos el queso rayado, la cantidad que desees 😍😍 yo soy amante del queso mozarrella, así que imaginarán la cantidad que le eche 😂

Nos ayudaremos con una paleta para unir todos los ingredientes y luego que esté todo mezclado, continuamos con la mano hasta que tengamos ún masa compacta 🤤

Podremos a calentar un sartén con aceite y cuando esté bien caliente el aceite continuaremos a realizar nuestras bolitas y colocándolas en el sartén.

Se doran rápido así que debemos estar muy pendientes para que no se nos quemen 😨

Luego la colocamos en un plato y a comer 🤣🥺

In a bowl we will place the 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, the egg and add the grated cheese, the amount you want 😍😍 I am a lover of mozarrella cheese, so you can imagine the amount that I add 😂

We will help ourselves with a trowel to unite all the ingredients and after everything is mixed, we continue with the hand until we have a compact dough 🤤

We can heat a pan with oil and when the oil is very hot we will continue to make our balls and place them in the pan.

They brown quickly so we must be very vigilant so that they do not burn us 😨

Then we put it on a plate and eat 🤣
