Garlic and basil spicy mayo sounds delicious. I always have a few different kinds of spice in my fridge. This Mayan Cobanero sauce in olive oil is my current favorite. Nice garlic taste and at 30,000 - 50,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHUs)it has a pretty good kick. Goes with almost anything.

It is a match made in heaven, lol.. Oh nice, that Cobanero sauce looks really good. I will need to keep an eye out for it at markets around me. That is pretty spicy.. yum
