"Pak Joo" — Simple yet satisfying roadside dining.
Hello everyone. ❤️
I believe that during every journey, one of the best ways to recharge happiness along the way is by enjoying delicious food that suits your taste. This brings me to a remarkable roadside eatery called "Pak Joo"—a local food stall not to be missed.
What makes "Pak Joo" stand out for me is its unique setting. The first thing that caught my attention was the view—inside the restaurant, you can enjoy the breathtaking sight of nearby mountains, making you appreciate the wonders of nature.
In Thailand, every province I visit offers its own unique attractions. This time, visiting "Pak Joo" marked my special check-in at Chiang Mai. ⛰️✨
Pak Ju"Restaurant is located on Haiso Mountain, an area filled with a variety of tourist attractions, especially its beautiful caves. After a long day of traveling and exploring, I believe that food is the best way to recharge. The more delicious the meal, the happier and more energized I feel. 😊
This restaurant has a simple charm, with a modest size and an elongated layout. The design is straightforward, blending wood and concrete in a harmonious way. The result is a cozy atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding views. 🍽️⛰️✨
The food here might seem limited in options at first, but when I looked at the menu, I found a variety of dishes to choose from, with prices starting from 60 baht, which is very reasonable. After ordering, I couldn't resist taking some photos of the surrounding view, which includes lush green mountains that make me feel refreshed.
For me, any place with trees and good weather feels cool and refreshing. And during this December, Thailand is entering the cooler season. Visiting the restaurant during this time allowed me to experience the pleasant and refreshing weather, which was truly delightful.
The dish I ordered was stir-fried basil with beef and a fried egg. After trying it, I found it to be absolutely delicious, with the savory aroma of the beef and a perfect balance of saltiness and slight spiciness. When paired with hot steamed rice and a fried egg, it all comes together wonderfully.
If you ever visit Hang Dong district in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend this local restaurant with a beautiful view, Pak Ju Restaurant, which you definitely shouldn't miss!
Thank you for always following and supporting me. ❤️
