Ingredients:
- 100 grams of mustard greens
- 200 grams of tofu
- 2 grains of garlic
- 1 spring onion
- 1/2 teaspoon flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 1 liter of air
STEP BY STEP:
• Boil Water
Heat 1 liter of water in a pan until boiling
• Cut and Add Garlic
Once the warm water is almost boiling, add a few cloves of crushed or chopped garlic.
• Cutting and Adding Tofu
Put the white tofu into the hot pan, boil until you can smell the tofu.
•Cut and add the green mustard
After the tofu is added, then prepare the mustard and cut it into small pieces or according to taste. Before putting it in the pan, wash the chopped mustard first.
• Season it Right
It's time to put it all together with the spices. Add all the spices and flavorings and stir to mix
• Finish with spring onions
Just before you're ready to serve it, chop some fresh spring onions and sprinkle them on top of the soup. The spring onions will add the perfect freshness and crunch to complement the other ingredients.
