Hello friends, how are you? Can't believe it's already Monday and I have to go back to work. By the way, yesterday I went home to my wife's place for two days and today I returned to the city of Serang again. We enjoyed our time together well. The thing we do most often is cook and eat together. Yesterday my wife taught me to cook vegetable and meatball soup and it was really delicious. I want to be a husband who is good at cooking too, so that when my wife gives birth I can take her place in cooking. And by the way I also want to share the recipe, even though I know it is very easy to cook meatball soup.
INGREDIENTS
2 Carrots,6 meatballs, 2 potatoes, some green beans, 1/2 tomato, 1 spring onions, 1 celery leaves, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder, 4 garlic
HOW TO COOK IT?
Cut the vegetables according to your taste, my advice is not too small then wash them thoroughly
The next step is to mash the garlic then heat a little oil to sauté it until fragrant
Meanwhile, heat the water until it boils, then add the sauteed garlic and vegetables
After that, add all the spices and adjust the taste. If the taste is right, just wait for the vegetables to become soft. When the vegetables are soft, add chopped celery leaves and spring onions to make them fragrant. After that, turn off the stove and the meatball soup is ready to be served.
What do you think about the recipe I shared? It's simple and easy, and you're probably already used to cooking meatball soup. But this is the first time I cook meatball soup and was taught by my wife, so I think this is very special. Thank you friends who have opened and read my post. greetings everyone!
