Leche liquida | 1 lt. |
Canela en rama | 1 |
Azúcar | 100 gr. |
Coco rallado | 50 gr. |

Liquid milk | 1 lt. |
Cinnamon stick | 1 |
Sugar | 100 gr. |
Grated coconut | 50 gr. |
- En una sarten de fondo grueso colocar el arroz, la leche y la rama de canela. Importante poner la llama baja.
In a thick-bottomed pan place the rice, milk and cinnamon stick. Important to put the flame low.
- Cocinar por 45 min a fuego bajo y remover constantemente para evitar que se pegue y se queme.
Cook for 45 min over low heat and stir constantly to prevent sticking and burning.
- Transcurrido los 45 min y cuando observemos una consistencia cremosa procedemos a añadir el azúcar y mezclamos para integrar. Inmediatamente después de agregar el azúcar debemos apagar la llama.
After 45 min and when we observe a creamy consistency we proceed to add the sugar and mix to integrate. Immediately after adding the sugar we must turn off the flame.
- Agregar el coco rallado y mezclar nuevamente.
Add the grated coconut and mix again.
- Debe quedarnos una consistencia cremosa y un grano blando. Podemos retirar las ramas de canela y servir. Si lo deseamos podemos agregar canela en polvo.
We should have a creamy consistency and a soft grain. We can remove the cinnamon sticks and serve. If we wish we can add cinnamon powder.
