a few quick pictures of my latest bread
has been quite some time, since I've done my last own selfmade (sourdough) bread.
last time, I still had my rye sourdough
which now sadly isnt alive anymore :/
when I made my last bread, I forgot to take a little bit aside for the next one (as one always does with sourdough) and just baked the bread in the oven...
until I wondered, where my starter is.. the next time I wanted to make a bread 🙄
anyway, this wheat one tastes too good :D

different perspective
this is a friends little wheat sourdough and I have made a giant bread out of it (probably the biggest so far)
for the next time, I will probably have my own wheat sourdough - I got some little culture that is over a hundred years old! I am currently reviving it and feeding it to get started ::)

real bread only needs flour & water ! no chemicals!
maybe a little salt
I've eaten a few without salt and it tastes nice! Always admire the nutritious taste this type of bread has. There's much essence and substance to it :)
