The poppy rolls look soooooo goood!!! Smart of you to keep some dough in the freezer that you get to experiment different flavours. This is the first time I read about lateral cooking. Very interesting.
Aawww the sheep is so adorable. Ya, why was he working there? He is too cute to work there.

Thank youuu 😘 The dough/freezer idea I learned from the books I mostly use (Plötz prinzip, Lutz Geissler) and I love it. So, it is not necessary to use up all dough at once.
And the sheep... really strange, isn't it? It is currently sitting at the package area of this store, perhaps it is now supervising the customers :-DDD
