Hi @livinguktaiwan, thank you a lot for the info! That's the technique. I thought it's OK since the Pyrex bowl is tolerant up to 300 degrees ... but good to be careful and do some more research. Now I start thinking that investing on a cast iron pot that can go in an oven would be better.
