People do not all have the ability to understand cause and effect. Just killing you is cheaper than treating you. The economic bottom line always will favor killing you in any single payer system. Censorship is better for the state than free speech. Defenseless civilians is better for the state than armed ones. Hyperprocessed lab grown food is better for the state than organic gardens.

The premise of institutions is contrary to human society, and every aspect of civil society that is institutionalized becomes controlled by evil. The less life is subject to institutions, the better life is for people.
