Favourite assets & Portfolio tweaks
Thanks for tuning into the latest Bitshares Astro UI development update!
The Bitshares Astro UI seeks to be an evergreen/greenfield development effort, uplifting the possible Bitshares front end user interfaces into the cutting edge 2024+ technology!
So, what's new with today's update?
To cut to the chase, there's a new release! https://github.com/BTS-CM/astro-ui/releases
Favourite assets!
We now have an implemented favourite asset system, you can easily favourite an asset from the DEX limit order page:
Where the asset drop down component is implemented, the user can use a favourited asset.
Moving forwards I'll seek out additional locations where we can easily favourite an asset in use, that should be an easy UX addition - comment below if you have a favourite location you want an asset star button to be placed!
Portfolio tweaks!
OK, so I had a bit of feedback from key community members regarding the portfolio, specifically to make it more easily scrollable across the dataset, so let's check out the latest changes to the portfolio page!
I've added a "Pools" button for each of your portfolio balance items, so you can easily swap them for other assets. Perhaps we should add a link to the new 'simple swap' page to the portfolio page, or to the existing (elaborate) liquidity pool page?
We've also now got the ability to sort the account portfolio by the symbol alphabetically and the balance qty numerically.
Big shout out to everyone voting in support of the Bitshares Astro UI worker proposal!
